Identified - We have a problem with one of our systems at the moment.

This means that some customers who are reinstalling the Chase app or are changing devices are struggling to upload their ID documents. We're working on a fix, but if this happens to you, please make sure you're on the latest version of the app and try again when your internet connection is stronger. If you need to make a payment or move money while you're logging back in, please call us on 0800 376 3333 (or +44 203 493 0829 if you're abroad).

We know you count on your bank for the important things in life. We're working as fast as we can to fix the problem and will update you as soon as we know more.
