We’re working on one of our systems at the moment.
It means that your November current account and saver account statement(s) will be delayed by a few days. This will also affect any account closure statements and statements generated when the boosted rate finishes on a Chase Saver.
If you need to get a statement urgently, please head to the Chase app and follow these steps:
Tap the ‘Profile’ icon
Tap ‘Statements’
Tap ‘Monthly statements’
Choose an account
Tap the calendar icon in the top right to create a statement for 1-30 November.
Everything else should work as normal. We appreciate your patience while we complete this update.
