We'll be working on our some of our systems from 1am to 6am on Saturday 28 March and 2am to 8am on Sunday 29 March.
From 1am to 6am on Saturday 28 March you won’t be able to add your Chase account as a payee at another bank. You won’t be able to add new payees in your Chase app either.
From 2am to 8am on Sunday 29 March you won't be able to make payments out of your account. Any payments into your account will also be held in a queue until the work finishes. Your card will work as normal.
If you have any scheduled payments set up during this time, they will be made once the work is finished. You don't have to do anything – we'll take care of it.
